Data we process
The enquiry form collects your name, company, telephone number or email address, preferred date and event description. The enquiry also includes the page address, referring website and campaign UTM parameters when present. With your consent, Google Analytics collects aggregated usage information such as page views, approximate location, device type and traffic source.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data to answer your request, prepare a proposal and take steps towards a possible contract. Analytics is used only with your consent to measure website use and improve marketing. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Recipients
Enquiries are delivered through the FunGames email service. If you allow analytics, data is processed by Google Analytics. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision making.
Retention
We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to respond, manage a working relationship and meet legal obligations. Google Analytics user and event data will be configured for a maximum retention period of 14 months.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data and withdraw consent. Contact info@fungames.ee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
